I use a holistic perspective to work with clients experiencing trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, chronic pain or illness, and other difficult situations. I help overwhelmed clients to feel seen and heard, allowing them to relax and explore their own strengths and resilience. I help empower clients with assertiveness skills as well as using their own unique talents to create solutions to challenges and feel comfortable in their own being. I create a safe space for women, trans, non-binary, and the LGBTQ+ community. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere where clients can open up at their own pace. I view therapy from a multicultural feminist perspective. I integrate post modern theories with expressive arts and somatic techniques when appropriate to help clients build identity and heal from trauma.
