I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make the changes you desire in your life. I believe that lasting change happens through small, intentional steps. My goal is to walk alongside you, offering support, encouragement, and accountability as you move toward the life you envision. I specialize in helping women navigate life transitions, manage anxiety and depression, heal from unresolved trauma, improve relationships, address parenting challenges, and support perinatal mental health. I’m particularly passionate about helping emerging adults and women who are facing the unique challenges that come with life changes.
