I find that my approach is most effective with folks who are looking to work collaboratively with their therapist so that trust, safety, & space for honest, curious exploration can be built organically. As a therapist, I like to show up as myself, which leans casual, direct, warm, compassionate, honest, & expressive with my reactions. My clients find that I'm curious, engaged, receptive, and approachable. My overall style is rooted in the belief that you genuinely feel seen, supported, and able to maintain your agency in our therapeutic relationship.
