Perhaps you are a young woman who is depressed, anxious, and holding on to the weight of past traumatic experiences. You want more than to exist—you want to thrive in intentional living, healing, and deeper connections. My name is Sam, and I work with Christian couples and young women who are ready to invest in meaningful change. Together, we'll make sense of what's keeping you stuck and build the tools to move forward toward clarity, healing, and purpose. I am a current doctoral student and Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in integrating the Christian faith with counseling psychology. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples, Focus Marital Therapy, Prepare/Enrich, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR. I also hold a Master’s and a post-graduate degree (EdS) in counseling.
