Hi, I’m Samruddhi, you can also call me Sam. I’m a Mental Health Counselor with experience providing individual, group, couples, and family therapy across a wide range of settings—from substance use rehabilitation programs in New York to juvenile and child services in Mumbai. I’ve worked with clients of all ages, from children as young as six to adults navigating complex life transitions. My passion is helping people overcome challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and identity or self-esteem concerns.
