There is hope for change and it's going to be difficult. Most of my role as a therapist is helping others to face the hard things and to do it consistently. I'm here to help you through the ups and downs of this process. I'm experienced with helping in complex issues with multiple diagnoses. My primary focus is on OCD and I often see clients who have OCD and trauma, or OCD and something else. In life, it can be important to face our distress, then to get up and say, "Now what?" I'm here when you need a listener, and especially when you need someone to help you take the next step.
