My goal is to provide the support you need to get through whatever hard times you are facing and come out an improved version of yourself. If you need that help, you can come talk with me this week! I have experience working with anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder, ADHD, and trauma related concerns such as PTSD. I also have experience working with couples to improve their relationships.
