Welcome to your therapy. It is my pleasure to bring over 5 decades of life experience to the table for your benefit. My experience includes: 5 years in the U.S. Navy, 3 years of electrical/general contracting project management, 25 years in film and television, and the last three years of mental health therapy. I have conducted mental health treatment with veterans, victims of crime, trauma victims, addictions, childhood abuse, couples, relationships, pre-marital, minors, and immigrants. My approaches include: solution focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma focused CBT, brief exposure therapy, mindfulness, and meditations.
