I work with adults navigating anxiety and life transitions to build clarity emotional balance and a stronger sense of direction. Many clients come to therapy feeling caught between knowing something needs to change and not knowing how to move forward. Anxiety overthinking and emotional overwhelm often intensify during life transitions. In our work together we focus on understanding patterns reducing distress and developing practical tools that support lasting growth and resilience.
