It takes strength and bravery to ask for help. I treat clients with compassion and an understanding of the context of their lives through neurodivergent-affirming and queer affirming lenses. If you're struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management, relationship or family conflict, parenting, or navigating the challenges of society, I want to help. My approach is eclectic, using person-centered, trauma-informed, and a CBT evidence-based framework while drawing from a variety of styles for the coping skills and techniques best suited for you. We are collaborators on your goals toward a better quality of life.
