Sam Lee, believes that therapy is incredibly transformative. Especially during difficult transitions, struggles with anxiety, depression, and ADHD, or in connection and communication issues, therapy can help us move towards goals that are difficult to reach without support. Sam has experience in working with children, near-teens and teenagers, as well with as individuals working through anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotion regulation, and difficult life transitions. Sam also has experience in working with couples through difficulty with communication, conflict, and affairs. Working on these issues with a clinician is very rewarding.
