Living is hard, and in this fast-paced world, so is having someone to confide in who helps you grow and become resilient. Life is inherently fraught with difficulties as each stage presents us with obstacles and new experiences that mold us into the versions of ourselves that we become. Along the way, we are held down by patterns of our past and expectations that don't do us justice. It is here where therapy is beneficial. I strive to provide education via collaborative exploration and narrative, bringing into awareness what our minds keep tucked away but which keeps holding us back.
