I'm interested in working with adolescents, adults and couples who are motivated to see change and growth in their lives. Overcoming personal pain, challenges and fears is a worthy endeavor. Helping to be a guide in that process is an absolute honor for me. I deeply value the experiences we can have that help us learn and develop into better humans; letting go of past hurt or regret and moving forward into health and healing. I have significant experience working with youth, adults and couples affected by pornography addiction, compulsive sexual behaviors, betrayal, secrecy and low self-worth. Other areas of significant experience include: ADHD, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Scrupulousity, Anxiety, Depression, Grief and End of Life difficulties and communication improvement.
