My therapy goals for my clients are to alleviate their symptoms, help them to gain self-awareness, and to improve their relationships with themselves, and others. I believe that what clients want is to be heard, and understood. I use a client-centered approach where the client is considered the expert in his life, and leads the therapy. I interact well with clients, and easily engage them in trusting therapeutic relationships. Thirty years of experience working with people from many different backgrounds, and problems, has given me the wisdom and insight into the most effective treatment approach for each client.
