My practice is largely geared toward supporting children, adult individuals, couples and families in navigating difficulties and transitions (relationship dynamics, grief, stress, anxiety, and disconnection) as well as those seeking a deeper connection with themselves or others. I have a special interest in supporting male identified folks, elementary through high school age students, adults and emerging adults, as well as relationships of two or more people. I also specialize in supporting caregivers of children of any age and those who are new to the therapy experience.
