Before transitioning to the counseling field, I worked extensively within the criminal justice system, where I saw an opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals facing significant life challenges. My approach is tailored to each client, incorporating techniques such as brief psychodynamic exploration, mindfulness training, emotional freedom techniques, somatic breath work, and solution-focused strategies. These tools provide clients with opportunities to look deeply within themselves for answers to life's questions.
