I believe life can look stable on the outside while feeling unsettled internally. Hello, I’m Sa’Mya Jones, an Associate Licensed Counselor working under the supervision of Leslie Weaver, LPC-S. You might function well day to day, yet notice tension in your body, difficulty resting, or patterns in relationships that no longer feel aligned. This space is for slowing things down and making sense of what’s been carried quietly over time—without pressure, judgment, or the need to justify why support might feel helpful. I work with adults navigating anxiety, attachment concerns, and life transitions, including those impacted by sexual or religious trauma, caregiving roles, neurodivergence, and college-related stress. My work supports exploration of peer relationships and racial identity, honoring lived experience, cultural context, and emotional safety.
