I have experience working with diverse populations in challenging maladaptive thoughts and beliefs. I am CBT-informed and Trauma-informed. My approach is to be compassionate, non-judgmental, encouraging, and authentic. I provide an eclectic therapeutic experience that includes CBT, Reality Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychoanalysis.
