I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am currently taking on new clients virtually through Headway. I want to start with what it means to be in therapy. Therapy is a journey to wellness and helping you paint the future you want. Therapy is about helping me, help you. I do not have magical answers to solve all your problems. I have strategies and training in being able to empower you to help yourself through a client centered, cognitive-behavioral, trauma informed lens.
