Welcome! I’m honored to support individuals of all ages on their journey toward healing. I work with adolescents, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, addiction, ADHD, OCD, BPD, and grief. I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for help—taking that first step can feel intimidating. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and accepting space where you can explore your experiences and begin to heal. I find deep meaning in celebrating clients’ successes and walking beside them through their challenges. With over 28 years of experience in recovery, I bring empathy and perspective.
