My strengths as a therapist lie in my ability to help people find their "inner voice". I believe people are experts on their own lives; they just need a safe space to figure out what they want, learn how to trust themselves and the courage to make the changes they need and want in their lives. Change starts with feeling like you have been seen and heard by another person. I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for over 25 years. I have been fortunate to work in a variety of clinical settings that have allowed me the opportunity to support clients of all ages, ethnicities, genders and socioeconomic backgrounds.
