I am passionate about helping people through life's challenging times. You may be going through stress related to work or relationships. Perhaps you're struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, or trauma. I specialize in helping people overcome all forms of trauma, issues related to death and grief, and also disorders like bipolar, panic attacks and significant depression. I have helped people who have had suicidal thoughts or are simply going through a difficult time and feeling burned out. The process of therapy helps people heal. I worked in many settings, including private practice, community health, and the justice system. I work with all types of clients, from severe illness to grief. I bring a compassionate and empathic approach to my clients while teaching them concrete skills and understanding of how to overcome mental health symptoms.
