Therapy is a time to work on making changes, managing stress, and working on your own growth. As a therapist, my goal is to support those I work with develop skills and build strengths to better manage the challenges life throws at us. I work with individuals and families, with a focus on under 18 years old. Many youths today struggle with self-expression and emotional management. Therapy is a great space to increase their self-understanding, control, and skills. I currently you have a waitlist, that you can be added to. I respond to all emails or calls within 24 hours.
