Many of my clients are immigrants or Spanish-speakers, or individuals coming to therapy for the first time and unsure what to expect. I work with teens navigating big emotions or family stress, women in life transitions, men wanting space to talk openly, and anyone wanting to process past trauma. Clients don’t need to be fixed — they want understanding, relief, and practical ways to feel more like themselves again, with a therapist who feels real and easy to talk to. I specialize in trauma healing, supporting clients as they navigate complex family dynamics and cultural expectations that may conflict with their values, in a safe and nonjudgmental space.
