As a licensed therapist for 12 years, I am passionate about making therapy accessible and comfortable. I have significant experience and training in treating generalized anxiety, panic disorder, OCD, body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRB), social anxiety, school anxiety/avoidance, phobias, ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I approach therapy through creating authentic relationships and guiding people through stressful situations. I use CBT, neurodiversity affirming practices, and blend in other modalities to teach skills for symptom relief, providing skills to use in the future.
