She has worked inpatient and Intensive Outpatient at Brighton Hospital and Oakdale Recovery both with dual diagnoses. Sande was an EAP in a joint arrangement between Ford Motor Company and the United Auto Workers. Working with both shop and salary workers. In addition, she worked to satisfy outpatient needs. Sande works with all ages from age sixteen through eighty years old. Her areas of treatment are anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADD, as well as domestic violence. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and focuses also on Supportive Therapy.
