Hello and Welcome! I am a licensed mental health therapist with 20 years of experience working with adults, geriatrics, children, and families. I am bilingual and speak English and Spanish. Currently, I work with women between the ages of 18 and 65 years old. I specialize in the "midlife" phase of life including challenges that come with perimenopause/menopause. I also work with young women who are trying to find their place in the world. I give special attention to the unique challenges women of color face. My clientele includes women who identify as White, Latino, Black, Pacific Asian, South Asian, Native American, and Mixed Race.
