Hi, my name is Sandra and I have been a counselor for almost 30 years. I love my job because I am able to work with wonderful people! I am a compassionate and empathic counselor and use cognitive behavioral therapy and whatever modality will work well for a client's specific needs. I have experience working with individuals, couples, families, teenagers, transgenders, and the LGBTQ population. I am a great lover of the outdoors and fly-fishing is my passion! I believe that our bodies and minds work together to make us healthy. It is my goal to help clients reach their best potential!
