About

My clients carry the weight of childhood and developmental trauma, often feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed in relationships, emotions, and self-perception. These early attachment wounds can shape how we navigate life, sometimes leaving us unsure of how to trust ourselves or others. Using EMDR and attachment-focused therapy, I help clients safely process traumatic experiences, understand patterns that show up in daily life, and repair relational and emotional wounds. Together, we build resilience, self-compassion, and a renewed sense of safety, connection, and possibility. Using EMDR and attachment focused therapies, I help adults and children heal trauma and attachment wounds that affect relationships, emotions, and self-esteem. I guide clients in safely processing painful experiences, addressing the impact of early relational and developmental trauma, and repairing attachment patterns.
