I have been working as a therapist for over 20 years supporting individuals and families with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, gender identity, sexual health, pregnancy and beyond. Relationships are where healing happens. I offer a variety of relationship approaches including attachment theory, narrative theory, queer theory, mindfulness, CBT and DBT. Each of these approaches emphasizes compassion, curiosity, lived experience, and diving into self-love. Therapy is a space where you can to talk openly about what is working in your life and what is not working. We are on this journey together to understand where you've been and where you are wanting to go. I use a trauma informed, sex positive, LGBTQ+ affirmative approach to talk about marginalized experiences and build empowerment.
