Hello and Welcome! Many of my clients struggle with feelings of anxiety, depression or lack of control in their lives. Individuals seek effective coping skills to modify interactions with family, friends, or co-workers, producing positive interactions and understanding. I help those individuals experiencing stress with work obligations or family stressors. help identify behaviors or attitudes that have not produced the desired results to help them move forward. We discover methods to replace the negative behaviors and attitudes with positive methods of communication and actions.
