Life transitions (grief, trauma, medical concerns, aging, retirement, divorce, parenthood, employment, and emerging adulthood) are highly stressful. You don't need to navigate these alone. Many clients find my approach results in significant change in 3-4 months. I can help you find balance and meaning by examining your choices and values. I guide clients through the challenges of depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, grief and relationship issues. I have expertise in helping veterans, first responders, corrections officers, medical personnel and their families.
