I have maintained a private practice in the greater Long Beach area for 25 years. My clients come from many sources, including pediatricians and other physicians, schools, courts and community agencies. I serve individuals, couples and families who present with a wide range of relational and mental health issues. I offer individual, couples and family therapy, and attachment-based group psychotherapy for adults. I approach my life's work with respect and cultural humility for each client I encounter, using an integrative approach which tailors your treatment to your goals. My training includes extensive training in assessment, and I believe in offering each client I meet with a thorough evaluation before formulating a treatment plan which is based on their goals for a more satisfying life. My belief is that "good treatment" often involves other individuals and agencies, and referrals are a built in part of my practice.
