I am a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to helping children, teens, and their families improve their overall functioning and quality of life. I specialize in supporting young people navigate the challenges that surround mental health, especially depression, anxiety, anger, and habitual high-risk behaviors. I use a well-rounded approach to address common developmental concerns related to communication and relationship difficulties, gender and identity, and self-esteem. I believe in using a mind-body approach to help clients develop a more optimistic mindset, change problem behaviors, and find inner peace.
