I provide individual counseling to young adults/adults in transition with a warm, easy-going and compassionate style. I've lived in countries including Kenya, Germany, France, Korea, China and all over the U.S. (NYC, DC, LA, Boston) and incorporate a more multi-cultural, sensitive approach. I focus on the client's desire to feel better overall. Just as one injures themselves and sees a doctor for help, I view counseling as a way to feel better, after emotional, mental, and spiritual injury and/or pain. I also focus on overall health&wellness, including mindfulness, the arts, spirituality& faith, food/nutrition, & physical fitness.
