Life can get hard and it's not easy to ask for help. My goal has always been to make my clients feel accepted once they walk through the door. Everyone needs a safe place to process emotions and work through life's difficulties. My main focus is to work on building a therapeutic relationship with my clients where they can feel empowered to work toward change. I have experience working with anxiety and mood disorders, blended families, couples and families. My specialty is working with anxiety disorders.
