Are you experiencing anxiety, grief, sadness, anger, trauma, or stress from daily life? My goal is to help you explore your core strengths to improve your emotions, build better relationships, or strengthen perceived weaknesses. As a therapist I've provided treatment services in a variety of settings residential, behavioral/mental health, elementary/ high schools grades K-12th, and private practice. In each settings I've found the most common reason for a client not seeking help earlier, fear of being judged. I'm here to actively listen, offer coping skills and techniques to help you better understand problems and solve them.
