I am eclectic in my theoretical approach. I use different approaches depending on the person I am working with. This could included Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectal Behavior Therapy, Interpersonal, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing. The most important part is meeting the client where they are at and determining their needs in the moment.
