My goal as a therapist is to create a warm, safe space where you or your child can be yourself, express emotions freely, and begin to heal. You’ve already taken an important first step by recognizing your needs and seeking support—therapy is a journey of courage and growth, and I’m honored to walk alongside you in it. With nearly four decades of experience in mental health and early childhood development/education, I bring a deep understanding of both emotional and developmental needs across all ages and developmental levels. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Play Therapist with extensive training in EMDR and certification in the Nurturing Parenting Program. My approach is compassionate, grounded, and tailored to each client’s unique goals.
