I am a Christian based Therapist passionate about helping women who are overwhelmed with the responsibilites of caring for others, while not knowing how to make themselves a priority, or find balance in their life. My approach is Christian based coupled with Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques. However I taylor my therapy modalities to each individual.
