I am Sandra (Sandy) Quaife, LMHC and, as a therapist, I mainly see myself as an emotional catalyst. In a chemical process, a catalyst is present to allow or increase the speed of a certain process but is not used up by that process. I believe my role is to help clients identify what they want to accomplish in therapy, and help them find ways to meet their own goals. You will not hear me telling you what you "should" do in your life. I will be holding up a mirror for you to see what you are doing, and then you may decide if you want to continue doing things that way. Everything else is just details.
