I have counseled folks with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, adjustment and relationship problems for over 20 years. Many years of life experience allow me to meet my clients with compassion and understanding. I am guided by the particular needs of each client, at all times discovering and reinforcing strengths and abilities. I help my clients achieve their goals as they shed interfering thoughts, habits, fears and beliefs. I happily accept many insurance plans and will consider sliding scale fees. Helping someone achieve greater life satisfaction brings me much joy.
