My work for almost 40 years with many unique people has helped me to continuously evolve into a more fluid and compassionate healer. I use my mind, heart, intuition and experience to help decrease the emotional distress in those seeking my help. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, and/or emotional overwhelm, I will do my best to help you to grow into the best version of yourself. I continue to learn the most effective ways to help those dealing w grief, trauma, sexuality/gender dysphoria, HSP, etc. I work closely with people to create a therapeutic environment that fosters growth, safety, patience and mutual trust.
