I am Sandra Rublee, LCSW-C, LISW, an eating disorder specialist providing telehealth therapy for children, adolescents, and adults in Maryland, Washington DC, and Florida. I work with clients experiencing restrictive eating, binge eating, body image concerns, or ARFID, often alongside anxiety, depression, or trauma. Watching your child struggle with weight, restrictive eating, or anxiety around meals can feel overwhelming and isolating. You are not responsible for your child’s eating disorder, and recovery is possible with the right support. My approach addresses the whole person while providing guidance, structure, and hope. Using Family-Based Treatment (FBT), I empower parents to actively support their child’s recovery. For adults, I provide individualized therapy using CBT-E, DBT-informed therapy with multidisciplinary care. Specialized therapy for ARFID such as CBT-AR, and SPACE. In addition, I offer evidence-based trauma treatments: CPT and DBT-PE and CBT for mood disorders
