I know seeking therapy can be a big step—especially with stigma or cultural barriers. I offer a warm space for adults and couples to explore challenges and find fulfillment. Using Positive Discipline, I support parents in building respectful, empathetic relationships. I also address addiction, depression, grief, work stress, cultural factors, and anxiety. I’m currently in training and supervision to become a certified AASECT sex Therapist, working with desire differences, sexual shame, intimacy barriers, and evolving identities.
