I am a clinical social worker that works with adults, adolescents,children,and families/couples that present with a wide variety of mental health and behavioral issues. I know the most profound positive and sustainable change begins from finding the right fit with the right therapist. I bring to that relationship, a warm, non-judgmental holistic approach with expertise in the most current, empirically based effective treatments. I have very strong skills in treating anxiety of all sorts, post traumatic stress disorder, depression, grief, life transitions/difficult adjustments, relationship problems and complications related to divorce.
