I believe the counseling relationship is significant in the healing process and I make it a priority to create a warm, safe environment in which each client’s unique story can be heard. Using insight oriented therapy to bring clients to better awareness, I also utilize cognitive behavioral techniques and EMDR therapy in helping clients reduce and manage any symptoms they may have. I will use Christian principles as directed by each client’s faith journey. I love what I do and thank all of my clients for granting me the privilege of working with them and for teaching me more about life and perseverance.
