I have over 25 years experience working with children, families and individuals to assist them in getting back on track with their lives. Specialty areas include children with behavior issues, recovering from abuse and trauma, and coping with divorce, along with all ages of adults wanting a higher quality of life as a result of anxiety and depression. I also have worked with parents/ caretakers to improve negative behaviors in young children, as well as parenting teens. Additionally, I enjoy working with young adults and older adults as they work through life transitions.
