I create individualized treatment goals with each client and use evidenced-based therapy to meet those needs. I treat people of all ages and specialize in emotional regulation, depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, and anger management. I use EMDR, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, meditation, breathing exercises, and grounding exercises.
