With over 40 years of experience serving individuals, couples, and families, I still love the work of helping people grow, heal, and find balance. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by anxiety, stress, relationship struggles, substance use, or life transitions. Others carry the weight of past experiences or self-doubt that continue to shape their present.
